Caitlin and Ryan got married on 25th February 2026 at The Mill Barns in Bridgnorth, with a wedding full of soft colour and thoughtful personal details.
Their flowers were never about making the biggest statement in the room.
Instead, we focused on a light, airy bridal bouquet with gentle pastel colours, floaty foliage and delicate pearls. Something that felt elegant without being overly structured or formal.
And with Caitlin wearing her mum’s wedding dress, carefully altered for her own day, there was already a lovely bit of family history woven into the celebration.

A Little Bit Of Every Pastel
We started with pale blues and whites, but as the design developed, Caitlin decided she wanted a little more colour.
So we brought in baby pink, pastel yellow and subtle coral, alongside soft whites and complementary greenery.
The trick with a palette like this is making sure the colours work together rather than looking like a random collection of pastels.
Nothing too bright. Nothing overpowering.
Just enough contrast to give the bouquet depth, while keeping the overall look soft and balanced.
Pearls, Movement & A Little Creative Freedom
Caitlin knew she wanted her bouquet to feel natural and floaty, with subtle pearl details worked into the design.
Beyond that, she was happy to trust me with the flower choices, foliage and finishing ribbon.
That freedom meant I could focus on the overall shape, balancing the different colours and creating movement without making the bouquet feel too busy.
The pearls added a delicate finishing detail without taking attention away from the flowers themselves.
Soft doesn’t have to mean boring. Sometimes the smallest details make the biggest difference.
Matching Flowers For The Boys
Alongside Caitlin’s bridal bouquet, I created a buttonhole for Ryan and a miniature version for their little boy.
I love creating these smaller coordinating pieces, especially when children are involved.
They don’t need to be identical to the bridal bouquet. They just need enough of the same colours and flowers to bring everything together.
All three designs were created using high-quality silk flowers and posted ahead of the wedding, ready for their big day.
The bridesmaids’ flowers were created separately by Petal & Twine, so my focus was on Caitlin’s bouquet, Ryan’s buttonhole and their son’s mini buttonhole.
A Grateful Review From The Happy Couple
Caitlin and Ryan’s wedding is a lovely example of how a few carefully chosen flowers can bring a whole look together.
Soft pastels. Floaty foliage. A few pearls. And coordinating flowers for the family.
Nothing overcomplicated, just thoughtful design that suited their day.
This is what they had to say:
“100% would recommend! Truly a fairy godmother making the most beautiful flowers for my wedding. The most special day of my life which I could do all over again I loved it and thank you for helping choose the colour for the Bouquet they all looked amazing together 💐😍”
