How It Works

If you’re thinking about booking me for your wedding flowers please read this page to the end, it covers pretty much everything you need to know (without too much waffle) before we get started.

I keep the whole process relaxed and straightforward. You bring me your ideas, colours and inspiration, and I’ll bring them together in my wild, textured style.

You don’t need to know the name of every flower or have your entire wedding figured out — it’s my job to read between the lines & help you figure that out! 😂

STEP 1. Show Me What You Love

Send me your date, venue, colour/vibe and some inspiration photos.

Pinterest boards are welcome too, although I much prefer photos straight through WhatsApp!

You don’t need to know exactly what you want — but I do need some visual inspo or a wedding of mine you love before I can quote 🌿

STEP 2. I’ll Create Your Bespoke Quote

Once I understand your vibe, I’ll put together a quote specifically for your wedding.

Everything I create is bespoke, so you’re never squeezed into a package that doesn’t suit you.

STEP 3. Secure Your Date

Happy with your quote? Your booking payment secures your date and you’ll receive your own Client Portal, where we’ll keep all the important wedding bits together.

Then you can pretty much forget about flowers for a while 😂

STEP 4. Inspo is Inspo — Not a Blueprint!

This one is important.

I LOVE seeing your inspiration, but I won’t recreate another florist’s work exactly. You’re booking me because you love my wild, textured style, so once we’ve agreed the overall direction, I need you to trust me to create.

I don’t colour match. I work with a palette of tones, textures and contrast rather than one exact shade — and I may introduce complementary colours that make your original palette pop.

Specific flower varieties can’t be guaranteed either. Availability, quality and prices change, so I’ll always choose what works best for your overall design.

STEP 5. Finalising Your Flowers

Around three months before your wedding, we’ll have your final consultation and I’ll update your Details Discussed with everything we’ve agreed.

Your final balance is due around this point too. Once that’s paid, your order and design are locked and I can get properly stuck in 🌸

STEP 6. The Final Reveal

Once your flowers are finished, I’ll send you photos and/or video for final sign-off before they leave me.

Then they’re packed up and ready for their big day!

STEP 7. Getting Your Flowers

Collection from me in Stoke-on-Trent is preferred and completely free.

Tracked UK postage and local delivery are also available, with costs quoted depending on your order.

Getting married abroad? ✈️ Your flowers are created here in the UK and will travel to your destination with you.

What about Venue Flowers?

I can create aisle flowers, centrepieces, bud vases, registrar/top-table flowers, statement floor arrangements and my favourite — wild moss-based designs.

I can also create florals for your own arches, signs and structures.

The important bit: I don’t provide venue set-up or installation.

Everything will arrive ready for you, your venue or your wedding party to put into place.

For florals being attached to your own structure, I’ll work from your measurements and photos and can send you advice/video instructions for fitting them.

I’ll do the complicated flower bit. You do the attaching bit.

Cable ties are heroes 😂

Simple vases, crates and bases can usually be sourced by me. If you want a particular prop, structure, fan, pendant or something more unusual, you’re welcome to source it yourself and send it to me to flower.

A few thing to know

Silk flowers only — no fresh flowers and I don’t incorporate artificial flowers you already own.
Everything is yours to keep — I don’t hire my flowers or props.
No venue set-up or large structures — but I can create flowers for your own.
No exact replicas, colour matching or guaranteed flower varieties — creative freedom is a big part of booking me.
Everything is bespoke — if something isn’t right for my style or how I work, I may simply say it’s not something I offer.
